OJSC TNK-BP Management planned to implement the Associated Gas-fired Power Plant Construction Project in Irkutsk Region (Siberia) to facilitate the efficient use of associated gas from its own Verkhnechonsk oil, gas and condensate field as a prerequisite of the Client’s extraction license liability.
