Cost Estimation of New Power Plant Construction and Maintenance
Currently the new electricity and power market is undergoing the development process in Russia, the new trading activities started end of 2009. The Market Strategy is under definition by the Non-Commercial Partnership “Market Council”, which unified all big generating companies, Federal Grid Company, System Operator and some large energy consumers.
In accordance with the General Investment Program it has been planned to construct greenfield PPs of about 40 GW installed capacity by 2013 in the Russian Federation.
In compliance with ToR Lahmeyer International Rus has shown several typical levels of CAPEX/MWe for the PPs planned for construction in Russia.
