Combined Heat and Power Plant TGC-5 Kirov
The projects envisage the extension of two existing district heating plants (CHP) at the town Kirov and of one district heating co-generation plant at the town Izhevsk, situated approx. 800 and 950km east of Moscow. The extensions shall be provided as turn-key installations of natural gas-fired combined cycle power plants (CCPP) or CC Co-generation Power Plants.
